Mr. Anwarul Haq is a lead person for fund raising and program development at organizational level, besides mentoring monitoring, evaluation accountability and learning component of the society. He holds masters degree in Sociology from university of Peshawar. He has got over 10 years of professional experience in the development sector.
Mr. Anwar has designed a number of projects on food security, sustainable livelihoods, disaster risk reduction, WASH, value chain development, natural resource management, agri business, child protection and emergency response. He has conducted several base line studies, risk assessment for DRR, situational analysis and end project evaluations. He has also gained experience in managing multi sector projects.
He has attended professional trainings on food security and nutrition from GIZ capacity building institute at Munich-Germany, planning, monitoring and evaluation, gender sensitized planning and budgeting, project management, proposal writing from NRSP Institute of Rural Development, training of trainers on advocacy-practices and approaches from ICIMOD Nepal, business planning, social mobilization approaches, value chain approach and research skills, risk assessment for DRR, Climate change adaptation, behavior change communication, log frame based budgeting, outcome and impact orientation from various national and international organizations. He has recently visited Cambodia for learning the LANN approach.
