Ms. Aeyesha Gulzar has over 20 years of progressive leadership experience in strategic planning, economic growth, public-private partnerships, agricultural value chain development, enterprise development, youth and community engagement, impact evaluation, project management, and more. Currently, she leads a $40 million agribusiness project portfolio, manage over 250 employees, and facilitate over $50 million export sales. She has also conceived and initiated advocacy forums, conducted research, trained teams, and fostered innovative financing models. She excels at communicating with stakeholders from government officials to private sector champions, academics, donors, and communities. The Punjab Commission on the Status of Women recognized her as a “frontline leader in changing leadership in Punjab,” and the Governor of Pakistan awarded her a distinction in rural economy and agricultural development in 2023. Ms. Aeyesha elected as Board member of LASOONA in 2024.
