Mr. Ihsanullah Khan has done Masters in Political Science from University of Peshawar. He joined LASOONA-Society for Human and Natural Resource Development as Social Organizer in 2006. Since then he executed on various managerial level positions and remained project coordinator, Project Manager and Monitoring & Reporting officer in various projects. At the moment he is working as Coordinator Monitoring, Evaluation & Research (MER). He has more than 6 years experience in developmental sector.
He obtained trainings on various subjects related to Communication and Presentation Skills Development, Social Mobilization and Conflict management, MS Project, Enterprise Development, Project Cycle management (PCM) and Logical Framework Analysis (LFA), Proposal and Report Writing, TOT, Sphere minimum standards in disaster, Humanitarian Action, Cash transfer Programming (CaLP Training –LEVEL II), Women building Peace: piece by piece and Using sphere Minimum standards in Monitoring and Evaluation. Attended different workshops like contingency planning workshop (Oxfam-GB), National Disaster Risk Management workshop, Community Driven Local Development Workshop (EU), Outcome and Impact Orientation Workshop (WHH) and Strategic Planning workshop(LASOONA).
Mr. Ihsanullah Khan has attained expertise in problem solving, interpersonal managerial skills, feedback analyzing skills, maintaining office records and file system, supervising staff, office and field monitoring skills, computer literacy, and has worked in challenging and diverse projects with far off, most deprived and vulnerable communities and has delivered in pressure situations.
