Mr. Rahmat is one of the founder members of the organization. A qualified Public Administrator, he has got rich experience and served different international organizations as administrator and manager operations. Mr. Rahmat remained administrative coordinator with ADB during the period 2004. He also served Social Forestry Project as Project Administrator during the period 1997-2000. He served NWFP Forestry Sector Project and PATA project on integrated agriculture development as Project Administrator during 1992-1997
