Mr. Mohammad Salim Khan has done his Master in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource Management from Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) Islamabad. He is also qualified of Diploma in computer Science from Pakistan Computer Institute Swat and a Master Degree in Islamic Studies from the University of Peshawar.
He started his professional career from a local NGO namely Swat Youth Front where he served the organization as Office Manager from July, 2000 to May 2001. His main responsibilities include: Office Management and Supervision of staff.
In May 2001, he joined Environmental Protection Society as administrative Assistant and worked there for almost one year. EPS is an NGO working for the conservation of physical, social and cultural environment of Malakand Division with the active involvement of local stakeholders.
In 2002, he joined LASOONA and deputed to Malakand Rural Development Project (MRDP) Social Organization Unit (SOU) Shangla as Admin Assistant. In November, 2003, he has promoted to the position of Manager Finance/Admin and served the organization till the completion of the project. MRDP was a multi sectoral project funded by Govt. of NWFP (KPK) and Asian Development Bank and worked on Community Managed Infrastructure, Health, Education, Agriculture and Livestock activities for the poorest of poor in the far cry area of Swat, Buner, Malakand and Shangla. His major responsibilities were include: Prepare and Maintain Cash Book, General Journal, Ledger, Cash Payment Voucher, Bank Payment Vouchers and other payment and receipt vouchers, Maintain the chart of accounts, all ledger accounts and petty cash/imprest accounts, Prepare bank reconciliation statements/computer statements, Prepare monthly payroll and personal deduction at source, Analysis of actual expenditures with budget, make overview of various heads and report the same to the management on monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually.
Mr. Salim currently working in the capacity of Head of Administration & HR and his main responsibilities are, Overall Office Management/Administration, Internal Control, Procurement & Dispose Off, Supervision of Logistics, HR, Administrative, and Warehousing Staff, Development and Implementation of personnel rules.
